Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original specialized crates or protective materials to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.
Insured Shipping
Arrange for the piece to be shipped back to our gallery using a tracked and fully insured courier service to protect against potential damage.
Inspection and Refund
Once our curators have inspected the artwork and confirmed its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
